The Human Capital Forum is an action-learning venture in workforce analytics and strategic people management, established in July 2007 with an inaugural lecture by Haig Nalbantian, human capital partner at Mercer New York. The findings from the first seven meetings constitute what is probably a unique example of learning in applied human capital analytics – with tangible business benefits for participating members. One corporate member has seen a return of more than £250,000 through improved recruitment practices. We have also created a Forum in which members can listen to and meet some of the world’s leading theorists on the subject.
